Orders placed before 9AM (EST) will ship the same business day, all other orders will ship the next business day.

Orders will ship out either by FedEx or USPS at our discretion based on weight, distance, and speed of delivery.

Bikes, roof top boxes, and kayaks are not available for shipping, but are available for online purchase and in-store pickup.

Express and Priority shipping are not available on all items due to weight/dimension restrictions (i.e. long skis). If this is the case for your order we will contact you promptly and refund the expedited shipping fees.

Indirect signature upon delivery is required for all orders over $100. Direct signature upon delivery is required for all orders over $500.

Orders being shipped to an address different from the billing address may be delayed due to our verification process.
