October 10th to 12th, 2025 9am to 6pm

Accepting equipment beginning Saturday Sept 27th.  Please drop off before Autumn Glory so we can avoid lines.
 

Sell your gear and get 100% Store Credit toward upgrading to new gear!

How it works
Bring in your old toys and our staff will help you price them (bikes, skis, snowboards, boots, and xc gear)
Swap starts Friday at 9am and runs through Sunday at 6pm. The earlier you get your equipment here the better chance we have of selling them.
No consignment items will be accepted after 3pm Saturday
If you are buying, keep stopping by.
All unsold items must be picked up by Sunday between 3pm and 6pm or we can donate them.

Guidelines
Equipment must meet Industry Standards and be worth at least $20.

Items not accepted:

No skis longer than 184 cm

No skis with non-indemnified bindings

No helmets of any kind

No ski poles

No clothing

No boats over 12 feet

Ebikes not UL2849 rated

Bikes must be in rideable working condition ie no flat tires missing chains brakes etc.

          We can fix bikes for a fee BEFORE the swap weekend

No water skis or wakeboards

How do I get my money once my gear is sold?

Store Credit - You get 100% of your money if you take store credit
Check - If you prefer cash we can mail you your money in the form of a check, but we take 35% if you choose this route

Do I have to come back to pick my stuff up?

Not necessarily.  All equipment not picked up will become property of High Mountain Sports and disposed of or donated to charity if not picked up by Sunday Oct. 12th between 3pm and 6pm
